Ms Pandis has over twenty-five years of experience in the Architectural field. During her long-term association with Tripartite, inc. she has worked on projects which include planning and design for new construction of large public buildings; rehabilitation, restoration and additions to residential buildings; cost estimating and construction management services for multi-million dollar public education, IDOT and Department of Defense projects; and large, multi-year capital improvement and capital planning projects for the Chicago Public Schools.<\/p>\n
