Tripartite, Inc. was selected to be the Architect of Record for the 2 million dollar renovation of this multi-building high school facility built in the 1970’s. The ADA compliance project included science and cooking laboratory modifications, door and hardware replacement, exterior paving, fire alarm modifications, emergency generator installation, plumbing upgrades, elevator replacement, wheel chair lift, pool and locker room renovation, toilet and shower room renovation extensive floor tile and carpeting replacement and terrazzo repairs.
